  1.   ADMINISTRATION AND DEPARTMENTS

There are many administrative departments in the El University of Theology and Seminary. These departments are also parts of the university. Listed below are other departments and extended organs of the university to success.

  1. ADMISSION DEPARTMENT

Admission department is the organ that takes care of admission in the university. The admission, procession and all about new intake are at the shoulder of this department. It is the duty of this department to recommend qualified and admitted students to the faculty. This is the department that admits students.

  1. ACADEMIC DEPARTMENT

The academic department of the university is the area in-charge  of studies, exams, tests, students and lectures activities. This is the department of teaching, hearing and accepting. This is the department that takes charge of all academic programs and activities.

  1. ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT

This can refer to the office of the president and the executive programs of the university. This is the organ that controls and keeps entire university. Administrative department is the final organ that has to do with the president or the office of the registrar.

  1. SECURITY DEPARTMENT

The security department of the university is the organ in-charge of the security, gate attendance, protections of property, people, places and the general area of the university. The security department of the university is the area that protects, keep and maintains order and cleanliness including safety.

  1. REGISTRY

The department of the registry is the department of records, documents and department of the university that deals with records, documents, reports and issues relating to students records and other administrative documents and reports.

  1. OUTREACH DEPARTMENT

The outreach department of the university is the department that sees all about the extension campuses, sandwich studies, internet schools and all off campus schools and studies of the university.

  1. BURSARY DEPARTMENT

The bursary department of the university is the department that sees all about money, collection of fees, levies and the department that spends and accounts for all that were spent. It is the university department that sees about collections and disbursements of the university income.

Library department of the university is the department that operates and maintains the university library. It is the base and foundations of all academic researches. It is the department that services all about the library.

This is the department of publishing and printing of gospel words. This is the very department that print tracts, publish books, gospel materials and the department that distribute free tracts and free gospel literatures to outsiders and to students who desire such,

  1. MINISTRY DEPARTMENT

The ministry department of the university is the department of the university that cares for missions, evangelism, prayers, tract, distribution, chapel services, teaching of the gospel, preaching and Christian activities of the university. It is the department of the university that sees all about the Christian ministries of the university.

  1. BUSINESS DEPARTMENT

The business department of the university is the department in the university that sees all about works, transport, neatness of the compound, repairing of the damaged items, building of structures and all other duties that demand labour. It is the university department that sees all about the university canteen, provision store, medicine store, water borehole and other productive issues of the university.

  1. INTERNET DEPARTMENT

This is a department that goes through internet. This department is specifically in-charge of all internet schools, all electronic learning programs of the university.   1. FULL TIME STUDY METHOD

Full time study method is regular school attendance by students who register on regular studies, especially those living in t he hostel of the university. This class of studies is called regular learning method in this school.

  1. PART TIME STUDY METHOD

Part time method of study is for those who cannot attendant the class regularly due to one program or the other but resolve to come twice or trice a week and not living in the hostel.

  1. SANDWICH STUDY METHOD

Sandwich study method involves weekly class attendance, especially during weekends. It is specifically for those who combine their studies with some other business they are engaged with.

  1. EVENING METHOD STUDY

Evening studies are for all who are engaged with one immediate business or the other which does not allow the student to attend morning lectures. The evening program starts 3pm – 7pm (Tuesday – Friday).

  1. WEEKEND STUDIES

The weekend study program is for those who are unable to be present in the weekly school programs but resolved to be available during weekends due to other engagements they have. The weekend programs are Friday 3pm – 7pm, and Saturday 10am – 5pm.

  1. CORRESPONDENCE STUDY SYSTEM

Correspondent studies are all those who may attend class at will, when they like, how they like and where they like, but resolve to study in their homes, offices or in their churches through letters and through constant correspondences with the college. All issues are through letter communications with the university.

  1. INTERNET STUDY SYSTEM

  1. EXTENSION STUDY SYSTEMS

Extensions study systems are studies that are carried outside the main campus. Such studies may take place in our extension campuses, in the churches of the students, at homes of the students, or elsewhere outside the main campus. Students are free to study in our extension campuses or extension programs.

One of the greatest efforts of this university is to make the students to be possibility thinkers in order to achieve their goals and fulfill their missions on earth in order to please God who called them.

Not only is El university of Theology and all its staff, JESUS ambassadors, but the university pays all it takes to make all the students to be practically representing God and to be notable JESUS ambassadors here on earth. The ideology of becoming Jesus ambassadors shall be planted in the students.

VISION ORIENTED MINISTERS
To be a gospel minister is one thing but to be a vision oriented gospel minister is another thing. The students trained in El universality are equipped and exposed to be vision oriented gospel ministers on earth and in the church.

MISSION ORIENTED MINISTERS
To the students and gospel ministers who were trained in El universality of Theology the world is their parish and heaven is their focus. The university and its staff are mission oriented which in turn produced mission oriented students. Every student trained in El universality of Theology shall be mission oriented.

 

NEEDED MAN OF GOD
El universality of Theology is a needed institution in Africa, so are their students needed ministers in Africa. Every student trained in and by El universality of Theology is a great potential carrier, a great vision carrier and a great miracle carrier. He is always needed by the church, by the world and by God.

FLAMING OF FIRE
Students training in El universality of Theology are flaming fire for God. They are full of power, full of unction, zeal, vision, and word and full of God fire.

They are better described as Holy ghost fire. The students trained in El universality carry fire that threatens demons and all evil agents. They are always on fire for God.

REACHING OUT TO OTHERS
Theological training without evangelism and soul winning is in vain. The supreme task of all theological training, all emphasis of the church, all activities from the church and all ministries of the church is soul winning. Our students are trained and equipped to see far in order to reach out. They are people called to reach out.

BECOME INTERNATIONAL MINISTERS
Studies in El universality of Theology shall make the students to be great, wise, enlightened and bold which shall make them to have international focus, international vision, international ministry and international mission. Our students shall be accorded the right to be international preachers.

BECOME GREAT PLANNERS
The students and graduates of El universality of Theology shall become great, become great thinkers, great planners, great achievers, great preachers and great leaders due to the great course they are brought up with. The secret of greatness is great training and our students are achieving this through our constant training and academic inputs.

STRONG WORD
The students of El universality shall be trained to be great men and women with the word of God. They shall be great teachers and preachers. The students shall be known for WORD power and great WORD. If ministers of the gospel have no WORD, they have no ministry. It is either preaches and teachers or deaf and dumb at the altar. Our ministers shall be great preachers and teachers of this century in 21st century AD.

BREAK THROUGH IN MINISTRIES
The students are trained with deep passion for souls and with great emphasis in charisma. The level of training accorded to the students has always produced great break-through in their ministries. One of the greatest evidences of proper training and academic influence from El universality of Theology is ministerial break-through.

Our students have great fame because of their ministries, success and charisma that promote them always and usher them to what we describe as the unlimited fame in the pulpit. Education moves with success and greatness and our students have both due to the level of training they have.

MINISTERIAL KNOWLEDGE
The students shall be built with greater, deeper and higher knowledge in the very areas of their calling. The training in El universality of Theology shall usher the students to greater ministerial knowledge which shall result in greater ministerial success. It is hard to discover failures among the students trained in this institution.
