METHODS OF TRAINING

The minister for the above training must have earned his Diploma or Bachelor Degree of Theology or in theology related discipline.
It is part time training schedule that must last for 12 months only for all that are qualified for such courses.
It is an inter denominational training scheme
The courses is advanced certificate program or advanced Diploma programs for the students.
The tuition fees for this programs are paid twice with the twelve months.
The school is a part of El Theological college
The class sits once every week 8am – 4pm.
Admission is based on the fact that the applicant had earlier obtained his or her diploma or bachelor degree in theology related courses.
Those with bachelor Degrees shall obtain associate degree after their one year training in this.
Admission forms are available through the director of specialized programs.

PENTECOSTAL SCHOOL OF CHARISMA (PESC)

The Pentecostal school of charisma is designed to train gospel ministers who desire the gifts and the out pouring of the Holy ghost power. It is the school to train, equip, groom and to build gospel ministers on how to acquire, how to use, how to release and how to maintain the spiritual gifts. It is the school for Pentecostal young ministers who want to be engaged in deliverance ministry, in healing ministry, in liberation ministry and all ministers who desire miracles, signs and wonders to follow their ministries. It is a charismatic school for the charismatic gospel ministers who want to be used by God and all who want to be used by the Holy ghost through signs and wonders.

PURPOSE OF THE PENTECOSTAL SCHOOL OF CHARISMA
The purpose of the Pentecostal school of charisma is to equip the gospel ministers who desire more of the spiritual gifts in order to be more useful in God’s hand and in the gospel ministry. The supreme purpose of the Pentecostal school of charisma (PESC) is to give the ministry the spiritual foundation laid by JESUS and for the gospel ministry. This school shall bring out the hidden talents, hidden gifts and the lying giants in the believer.

THE PECULIARITIES OF THE SCHOOL (PESC)
The Pentecost school of charisma is a peculiar school of gospel ministry built to groom those with great vision of reaching out. It is a spiritual school for spiritual people. This is a difference school that deals on the possession and confession of the believer, making him to acquire what can make him to be charismatic while working for God.

DURATION OF STUDIES
The duration of studies in Pentecost school of charisma is twelve months (one year) with more than twenty four courses. Each trimester in this school is visited with more than eight courses. The student shall be tested in practical ministry after one year of serious studies in the school.

STUDENTS NEEDED
The needed students in this school are the gospel ministers with the vision of deliverance, healing, breaking of curses, land liberation and breaking all evil covenants. The desired students in this school are all those with vision to reach out with charismatic ministries in the gospel. SYSTEM OF STUDIES
This is a classroom study that can last for twelve months. It is both teaching, lecturing and researching. The students shall be taught with the Bible and needed text book and shall also be taught in practical forms of healing and deliverance as were done by Jesus and all His apostles. Emphasis shall be given to miracles and the gifts of the Holyspirit.

OUTREACH SCHOOL OF MINISTRY

Outreach school of ministry is an extension program of El Theological university specifically designed to train lay workers, church officers, civil servants, gospel ministers and all business men and women in the churches who have not enough time to study outside their territories nor have enough time to study on full time basis.

HOW IS THIS SCHOOL OPERATED?
Outreach school of ministry is a school in your home. The student determines where to study either in his house, office, church or where else he or she may choose to study. The school is brought right there to the student’s area or place of abode.

THE STUDY MATERIALS FOR OUTREACH SCHOOL OF MINISTRY
The handouts, textbooks and other study materials in outreach school of ministry are sent to the student’s house or residence of studies by the authority of El Theological college at request of the student.

COST OF STUDIES IN O.R.S.M
The student makes choice of the very number of courses he or she may study. The cost of studies depends on the number of courses chosen by the student in a trimester. Each lecture material or course handout has its own fee or rate. Nevertheless, no student is allowed to study less than six courses in a trimester and never more than twelve courses in a trimester as well.

SUPERVISION OF STUDENTS IN OUTREACH SCHOOL OF MINISTRY (O.R.S.M)
The director of outreach ministry El Theological college visits and supervise each home where the courses are going on and gives advice, guidelines and directives on how to study the materials and sits for their exams. The director of programs visits each home where our student is on monthly basis, unless on the demand of the student where more than once a month may occur.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE STUDENTS FOR O.R.S.M
The only qualification to study in the outreach school of ministry is “New birth” and the desire to work for God and to study in order to be equipped for the ministry.

FEES IN OUTREACH SCHOOL OF MINISTRY (ORSM)
There are only few monetary involvements in the outreach school of ministry namely

Registration/admission fee
Matriculation fee
Tuition fee
Graduation fee. These fees are very low but the student purchases the number of study materials he or she can purchase and study at ease.

DURATION OF STUDIES IN ORSM
The duration of studies depends on the student and how fast he or she is to complete the required number of courses for graduation. There is no intension to add days and years if the student shall finish his or her courses at the same time with the regular students in our campus. Nevertheless, student shall only graduate after completing the number of courses required.

EXAMS IN ORSM
All examinations are taken in our campus nearer to the student or an approved location by the authority of El Theological university. The exams shall never be taken in the homes of the student neither in his office, nor where he likes or approves.
MATRICULATION AND GRADUATION CEREMONIES IN ORSM
Matriculations and graduations in outreach school of ministry are done at the main campus of El Theological college or at the nearest campus of our Bible college to the school.

NUMBER OF COURSES PER A TRIMESTER
A student in outreach school of ministry is required to cover thirty courses per a year or ten courses every four months, the least number of courses required are twenty four courses in a year or eight courses per a trimester. Nevertheless, the student has right to chose the number of courses he may easily take.

Outreach school of ministry is a part of El Theological college and offers the same certificate courses, diploma courses and degree courses available according to the number of courses covered by the students in ORSM.

NUMBER OF PEOPLE REQUIRED BEFORE GAINING ADMISSION IN ORSM
To gain admission in outreach school of ministry (ORSM) does not require many people in the class. One person can be a student of ORSM right in his private room and can be accorded the right of proper scholarship. He has right also to bring El Theological college in his community, church, state or the very area of his abode if he wishes to do so while the Eltheco authority shall also support such idea.

Outreach school of ministry is an extension program of El Theological college, therefore the students in outreach school of ministry do not need different courses than those ones studied by the regular students of El Theological college (please see courses).

Outreach school of ministry is for all, both full time ministers, part time ministers and lay workers in the churches have the right and opportunities to study through ORSM. It is an advanced school for all categories of people.

The aim of outreach school of ministry is to equip, train, build, groom and to disciple called men and women, lay workers in the churches and all who want to be more useful in the churches with needed materials of truth, holiness and power to make them to be academic, charismatic and spiritual in order to face the task ahead.

Intercontinental school of ministry is a great institution established by the authority of El Theological university. It is specifically designed to train church planters, rural soul winners, ministry builders and all who can plant Christian missions in unchurched areas. Its primary focus is to church the unchurched people and unchurched areas of the world. It is a global ministry with a strong aim of training those that can plant churches wherever they are and where there are few or no churches in any part of this world.

THE PURPOSE
The supreme purpose of this school of ministry is to train men and women who can evangelize the world. It is aiming at equipping Christians with needed gospel information in order to convert the uncoverted souls in this world.
