We hate sin and all carnal or fleshly activities and abhor all forms of worldliness and sinful compromises.

We believe and cleave to Bible holiness which is evidenced in heart purity, freedom from carnal threats, and peace with God, with men and with self, heart void of offence towards God and towards men, entire sanctification and the witnesses of the Holy Spirit. Holiness is true attainable on earth.

Holiness is our standard, our conviction and our confession, without which, no eye shall see the Lord Heb 12:14, Mtt. 5:8. Our task therefore is to be holy and to make other holy. We practice and preach holiness and live out holiness every day.

We emphasize the entire sanctification as the second work of grace after salvation of the former heart purity after their practical sins were forgiven. Entire sanctification is the removal of the inbred sin, carnal nature, and heart of flesh, Adamic nature or the removal of the old man in the heart of the believer after his salvation. It is further addressed to the leaders and congregations who are a part of this institute and family either as directors, overseers, teachers or students to whom the worldwide perspective of their spiritual commission has been revealed.

El University of Theology has within its grasp the potential to fulfill His mandate and reach new millions around the world. It has put into place the organization to accomplish this command of our Lord; however this mandate can be accomplished only by the active participation of every student, teacher and director. Our mission is to take church-based theological education to every dark closet on the planet.

VISION AND MISSION STATEMENT
To serve the twenty-first century Church by providing unmatched opportunities for pastors and ministry leaders to equip and prepare their members and communities for Kingdom service in any walk of life.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
The missions Committee recognizes that we are both missions developing institution and educational, equipping arm to assist established ministries which demonstrate potential for development in the quest for biblical education. On this basis, we will process and prioritize needs requested from such ministries.

OVERVIEW – DIPLOMA PROGRAM FOR NEW GOSPEL MINISTRIES

This section provides an overview of operations at a Missions Center offering Diplomas. See subsequent pages in this manual and ELUNITHABS catalog and operations manual for further details.

ADMINISTRATION:

1. All diploma students will hear all lectures, read the textbooks, take notes using the study guide and complete examinations.
1. El University of Theology owns and controls all course inventory and media.

 

1. Appointed overseer or International Representative administers inventory and distribution of media and course materials on behalf of ELUNITHABS.
1. Appointed overseer of International Representative must approve learning center locations around them.

 

1. Appointed overseer or International Representative orders course materials for each student (or electronic media for duplication) and arranges payment of all applicable students and course fees. Media will be returned as soon as is practical.
1. Appointed overseer or International Representative will ensure that an Application for Admission is submitted for each student upon enrollment.

 

1. Appointed overseer or International Representative collects student roster(s) for each course at each location. Copies of rosters are maintained by the International Representative and the original is sent to EL University of Theology Nigeria.
2. Upon completion of each course, all applicable fees are sent to us along with student roster(s) and properly prepared score sheets to be graded. Only those score sheets obtained from EL UNITHAB may be used. Each student must obtain, or be provided, his or her own set of course materials for the diploma program.
1. Appointed overseer or International Representative will manage all diploma requests by submitting diploma request forms and all appropriate fees the EL UNTHABS international office. Diplomas will be sent to the appointed Overseer or International Representative for appropriate distribution and awarding. A diploma will be issued to a student when he or she completes all requirements for the award as described in the catalog.

 

MISCELLANEOUS:

1. Unauthorized duplication of course materials including any video or audio media is strictly prohibited.
2. Appointed overseer or International Representative ensures all academic and administrative procedures contained in this Manual, the BIM catalog and operations Manual are followed.
3. BIM retains full ownership and control of all media, course materials, and diplomas.

OVERVIEW – MISSIONS CERTIFICATE PROGRAM

This section provides an overview of operations at a Missions Center offering Certificates. A student will become eligible for a certificate upon completion of 20 courses from the Institute. He or she will become eligible for an additional certificate upon completion of each additional twenty (20) courses completed. For example:

It is anticipated that students of world missions centers especially laymen and women will generally enroll in the Missions Certificate Program. This program has the same courses the Diploma Program offers, but is especially designed for students who do not need, want or can afford the more rigorous and expensive Diploma Program.
Certificate students will hear the same lectures and will receive a syllabus/study guide for each course. They will be required to read the textbooks or take examinations. This program will enable the student to increase his personal knowledge of God’s word, broaden his witness impact and increase his ability to work in a local church, ministry or community.

See subsequent pages in this manual.

2. Appointed Overseer of International Representative arranges for viewing fee payment of per student payment and original student roster(s) are to be sent to ELUNITHABS Nigeria immediately upon completion of each course. The Appointed Overseer of International Representative will keep a copy of all rosters. We are “trusting” Overseer and International Representative to record and pay for courses taken by each student.
3. Appointed Overseer of International Representative must verify the accuracy of each certificate requested. Requests for appropriate certificates may be submitted for eligible students upon the completion of all administrative requirements and the payment of all appropriate fees to El University of Theology and Biblical Seminary.
4. Certificates will be sent to the Appointed Overseer of International Representative for appropriate distribution and awarding. A certificate will be issued to a student when he or she completes all requirements for the award as described in the Institute Program section of the Catalog.

MISCELLANEOUS:

2. ELUNITHABS retains full ownership and control of all media, course materials, and certificates.

PROCEDURES:
This section contains the standard operating procedures to be followed in the successful completion of God’s command to go and teach all nations. Additional information regarding the operation of a learning  center can be found in the students hand book  regarding study programs and course available, faculty and student requirements may be found in the catalog or students hand book of our institutions. Our graduates or ministry directors or churches wanting to establish our college Missions Center must submit a formal request in writing. This request must state the location of the church, the local pastor’s name, the size of the church body, the local language spoken, the language in which the classes will be presented, and the approximate number of churches and students involved. An application form is included in this manual.
Upon approval of the Mission Center, the Overseer may order course materials for the course. Eltheco or Elunithabs will establish a Learning ID. This ID will then be used on all documents prepared by or for the center.

The Overseer will be responsible to college all fees and forward them to the Institute in a timely manner. No materials may be shipped, no diplomas or certificates will be awarded, and no grades will be posted until fees are paid.

The Overseer will approve all learning center locations. He will ensure that an individual is available to supervise or manage each learning center. He will also develop a curriculum to support the diploma or certificates program being offered at each Missions Center. The proposed curriculum will be sent to the Director of programs El University of Theology Nigeria for approval. Details concerning the diploma program and the certificate program are included in the Academic Catalog and this manual. The Appointed Overseer of International Representative will use the catalog to develop the proposed curriculum. He may obtain any of our video courses. Each course must be requested by the Overseer, approved by the institute in Nigeria.

ELUNITHABS will own and control all course inventory and media, including that produced by the Overseer, International Representative and the Mission Center. The Appointed Overseer of International Representative will administer the inventory and control the distribution of media and course materials on behalf of the Institute. Unauthorized duplication of course materials, including any video or audio media, is strictly prohibited.

Original copies of course materials and media will be obtained by requisitioning them from the institute. Media will usually consist of a single set of DVDs. Course materials will usually consist of textbooks for diploma students and syllabi in the quantities requested and a single copy of the course examination. The medial and course materials will continue to belong to the Institute and will be returned if the relationship between the institute and the Overseer is terminated for any reason. The Overseer will be responsible to reproduce these materials for use by the students. The Overseer will also purchase and stock score sheets in adequate numbers to support his missions Centers. Score sheets will be provided. Course materials, including media, textbooks, syllabi, examinations and score sheets will be used by and for missions center students only. In centers offering certificates only, textbooks, examinations and score sheets will be provided also, but not as those offering Diplomas and degrees.

The overseer will reproduce course materials as necessary to satisfy the needs within his geographical area will ensure proper distribution of the materials to reach the students in a timely manner. Upon completion of each course, the Overseer will produce  a roster of students attending the classes. Students should attend all lectures. For students working toward a diploma, the original of the roster will be sent to the institute and the overseer will retain a copy. (This is because the institute will grade examinations for diploma seeking students). No units will be awarded toward a diploma to students who do not follow the established academic and grading policies. This includes reading the complete textbook, taking a complete exam and having that exam graded at the international headquarters in Nigeria.

The Overseer will be authorized to translate materials into local languages for the sole purpose of presenting them to students of the Missions Center. Eltheco Institute of Ministry in Nigeria on both hard copy and electronic copy. All translations of materials will become the property of our institute of Ministry in Nigeria. The following statement will be printed on all materials translated from originals.

In rare instances we may obtain permission from another publisher to translate and produce materials for the missions program. In such instances, a similar statement will be printed on all materials that were originally produced by other publishers. This statement will identify the original publisher and will comply will separate agreements made with the publishers.

All publications established or produced by or for the Mission Center must be in compliance with all regulations, standards and procedures as established by Elunithabs International. One copy of all published materials must be sent to us. Deviation from any of these provisions may result in the suspension of this agreement.

The Registrar of the institute, working with the overseer or International Representative, will assign a student identification number for each student enrolled in the diploma program. The Overseer will ensure that all examinations are completed within a prescribed time limit (usually 14 days). Examinations are taken independently and that score sheets are properly prepared. He will then forward all class rosters, properly prepared original score sheets, fees, and a course worksheet to our office as soon as practicable upon completion of each course. The office in Nigeria will grade all examinations for students working toward a diploma.

NOTE: Proper preparation of score sheets is essential; please review each score sheet before forwarding it to the institute. Improperly prepared score sheets cannot be graded. Grading equipment will grade only original score sheets. We cannot accept copies.

When students become eligible for a diploma or certificate, the overseer or International Representative will ensure that a request is prepared for each eligible student. These requests should be made on the forms. The overseer or International Representative will college all diploma and certificate requests, certify that the students have earned the award requested, and submit the requests with all fees to the Institute. Requests for diplomas or certificates should be submitted to each our office in Nigeria only after all requirements are met and at least 90 days before they are to be awarded. Diplomas and certificates will be sent to Overseer for appropriate distribution and awarding.

All official records of all students will be kept at El University of Theology and Seminary Aba. The overseer or his representative is required to possess not only computer records, but also hard copies of all student grades, transcripts, financial records and all other official documents.  These records may be inspected annually by us. However, the final authorized records are those held at our office. It is on the basis of these records, and not others, that diplomas, transcripts and all other forms of recognition or units are awarded. Only Elunithabs International can release official certificates, diplomas and transcripts for student work completed.

All students must be registered with both the Registrar Elunithabs International and the Missions Center. Applications for each student must be forwarded to us. All student forms and all official correspondence must include a student ID number established by the Registrar of El University of Theology and Biblical Seminary Int’l.  It should be repeated and clearly explained to all Missions Centers that the mission of our institute of Ministry is to provide curriculum for Christian higher education and ministry training. We are also a missions sending” institution and a missions financing and fundraising organization but missions centers are responsible for funding their programs. This may be don through tuitions paid by students, support from churches and missions organizations, grants and scholarships from businesses or individuals or any other means available.

The command is to “go, preach! How shall they hear without a preacher?” Those who cannot “go” in person can yet “go” by prayer and by sharing the ministry by contributing their time, talents and resources. Our institute of Ministry, by God’s grace and the loyal support of every student, director and teacher, will go “unto the uttermost part of the earth.”

The international Representative and Overseer recognize and accept the fact that this agreement pertains to certain “intellectual properties” that are owned and controlled by Elunithabs. The publication of our courses and the establishment of Missions Centers by the international Representative or Overseer do not jeopardize, nor are they intended to place at risk, the confidentiality of this “intellectual property”. The international Representative, Overseer or their representatives may not copy, distribute, reproduce or sell any materials (including but not limited to curriculum, syllabi, textbooks, examinations or answers thereto, videos, DVDs, VCDs, audio tapes or audio CDs) except for the purpose of providing them to authorized students as provided in Manual, without authorization from the president or other appropriate officers of El University of Theology and Biblical Seminary.
